This Privacy Policy explains how Mooselen collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information when you visit mooselen.com, subscribe to Mooselen publications, create an account, purchase a membership, or otherwise interact with Mooselen.

Personal watchlists and private account information should not be visible to other organization members unless the service clearly identifies them as shared.

Legal and safety disclosures

• Enforce agreements
• Protect the rights, property, and safety of Mooselen, its users, or others

Unsubscribing from editorial or promotional email does not automatically close a Mooselen account or cancel a paid membership.

Mooselen retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.

• Account information is retained while the account remains active.
• Membership and transaction records may be retained after cancellation when needed for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

• Newsletter information is retained until the subscriber unsubscribes or the record is no longer needed to maintain suppression and delivery records.
