What Mooselen is

Mooselen is the intelligence platform for fashion and luxury resale. All content is provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on the site is investment, legal, financial, or professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and verify your email when asked. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, share paid access in violation of these Terms, or create security risk.

Intellectual property

All original content on the site, including articles, the Mooselen Index and its methodology, compilations, graphics, and the Mooselen name and logos, is owned by Mooselen and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share links and quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link. You may not republish, scrape, systematically copy, or use site content to train machine learning models without written permission. Third-party names and trademarks referenced in coverage belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary only.

Membership

Paid Membership (Professional or Teams) provides access to member content for the paid period. Fees, billing cycle, seat counts, and cancellation mechanics are stated at checkout and in our Membership Billing Terms. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We may change Membership pricing with notice before your next renewal.

Teams

Teams seats are named user accounts. The organization admin is responsible for invitations, seat use, and ensuring only authorized colleagues access the workspace. Sharing a single login across people is not permitted.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to break or overload the service, probe accounts that are not yours, resell access, or use automated means to extract member content at scale.

Accuracy and corrections

We work to keep coverage accurate and correct verified factual errors promptly, per our Editorial Standards. The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and Mooselen is not liable for decisions made in reliance on its content, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mooselen's total liability arising out of your use of the site or Membership is limited to the fees you paid to Mooselen for Membership in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a mandatory consumer protection law in your place of residence says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
